I don’t bill insurance directly. But that doesn’t mean you’re paying full price out of pocket. I provide monthly superbills (detailed receipts) you submit to your insurer. Clients with out-of-network mental health benefits often receive 50–80% of the session fee back. For a $200 individual session, that can bring your real cost to $40–100.
What to ask your insurer before your first session:

- What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?

Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider, so I don't bill insurance companies directly. However, I provide monthly superbills (detailed receipts) that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients receive 50-80% of the session fee back from their insurer.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is collected at the time of each session.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens, and I'm happy to discuss any concerns.

Yes. The 15-minute phone consultation is completely free with no obligation. It's a chance for us to talk about what you're looking for and see if working together feels like a good fit.
